8 31, 2021

Three programs raised by CUC teachers were approved and included in the list of the first batch of University-Industry Cooperation and Collaborative Education Programs 2021, which was released recently by the Ministry of Education. By far, a total of 11 programs from CUC have been included in that list, covering four fields including innovation and entrepreneurship education, construction of new liberal arts, reform of teaching and curriculum system, and practice base building and improvement.

Since Ministry of Education launched the collaborative education program, Concord University College has actively responded to and fulfilled the guideline of industry-university cooperation and collaborative education of the Ministry of education, and continuously deepened the integration and coordination of industry and education.

The program mechanism initiated by Ministry of Education aims to promote collaboration between industries and universities to cultivate innovative, application-oriented and interdisciplinary talents. Through the programs, enterprises would provide financial support to higher institutes for comprehensive reforms of majors and talent-cultivation in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship. The establishment of such programs provides a higher-level platform for CUC to cultivate students with practical competence and promotes CUC to create innovative and diversified industry-university collaborative modes.
