At the invitation of thePolesskiy State University in Belarus, a CUC delegation led by Huang Junxing,the Deputy Secretary of the CUC Party Committee and consisted of heads of offices,visited the institute from August 11 to 13.

During the visit, HuangJunxing and his delegation met the exchange teachers and students from CUC andheld talks with Vice President Novik Andrey. During the talks, the two sidesunanimously affirmed the effective promotion of the preliminary cooperation,and conducted in-depth discussions and reached consensus on future plansincluding joint project application, art exchange, and transfer of credits. Atthe graduation ceremony of the school’s summer exchange program, DeputySecretary Huang attended and delivered a speech on behalf of CUC. He hoped thatthe two universities would further improve the exchange mechanism, expand thescope of cooperation, and achieve mutual benefits.

This visit, coming at atime when China and Belarus are implementing mutual visa exemption, furtherdeepens the exchanges and cooperation with universities along the “Belt and Road”route. It not only consolidates the cooperation between CUC and PSU, but alsolaid a solid foundation for broadening the scope of future cooperation.
